Senior Contract Specialist Level II (SCS II) – Federal Acquisition Support

The Senior Contract Specialist Level II (SCS II) is a senior acquisition professional responsible for independently leading and advising on complex, high-visibility Federal procurement and assistance actions in support of MCC CGM operations. This role requires expert-level cradle-to-grave contracting experience, including complex competitive acquisitions, Federal financial assistance instruments, and interagency agreements. The SCS II operates with minimal supervision, serves as a trusted technical advisor to MCC leadership, supports acquisition innovation initiatives, and ensures sound judgment, regulatory compliance, and protection of Government interests across multiple concurrent actions.
