Joseph Bond
Chief Executive Officer and President
Mr. Joseph Bond is a strategic and results-driven executive equipped with more than 30 years of progressive leadership supporting government and commercial organizations. Mr. Bond began his career as an U.S. Air Force officer specializing in acquisition and program management. Upon his retirement from the Air Force, Joe accepted a position with Lockheed Martin to perform corporate restructuring analyses. Mr. Bond later pivoted to a position at the Veterans Benefits Administration as the Chief of Strategic Planning. Joe took over as the Program Manager for the Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) Personal Identification Verification program and soon after became the VA’s first Program Executive Officer for the Resource Management Information Technology portfolio. In 2009, Mr. Bond founded Dynamic Management Associates (DMA). Since founding the company, Mr. Bond has skillfully positioned the company for long-term success, growing the organization by 600% since its inception.
Joe has a MBA from the University of Phoenix, a Masters in Systems Management from Western New England College and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Technology form the University of Massachusetts – Lowell.
Stephen W. Crawford
Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Stephen Crawford is responsible for developing and executing annual sales and marketing plans and implementing new ideas and tools for the company. Stephen’s role includes overseeing development of contract leads, capture management, and proposal preparation efforts. Stephen has extensive business development experience supporting the federal management consulting market segment. He relies on proven analytical skills and a robust network of contacts within and outside of the company to establish business and customer relationships. Stephen has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
Kim Rigazzi
Director of Human Resources
Ms. Kim Rigazzi is responsible for the management oversight and day-to-day operations of DMA’s human resources department. Kim supervises and provides consultation on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations. Kim effectively plans, designs, develops and evaluates human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals. Ms. Rigazzi has a key leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with DMA’s objectives. Kim has a Masters in Information Systems from the University of Tennessee, and a Bachelor’s of Arts in History from James Madison University.
Jessica Nakamura
Director of Administration
Ms. Jessica Nakamura’s role as the Director of Administration is to oversee administrative, financial and security operations. Jessica ensures DMA’s organizational policies are in place and administrative functions run smoothly. Jessica’s role also includes financial management responsibility including management of budget, invoicing and cash flow operations. As DMA’s lead Facility Security Officer, Jessica is responsible for managing DMA’s facility security clearance and for helping employees obtain and maintain personnel security clearances. Jessica received a Bachelor’s in Philosophy from the University of Virginia.
Jessica previously served as a paralegal and office manager after graduating from the University of Virginia in 2007.
Joei Patterson
Director of Programs
Ms. Joei Patterson is responsible for DMA’s programs. Joei is responsible for contract/subcontract administration and execution, monitoring program performance, organic business development, recruiting and staffing, and participation in strategic planning initiatives. Additionally, Joei is responsible for instituting quality control and value-added service policies and procedures. Joei has a Masters of Science in Project Management and a Bachelors of Science in Business Management
Jeffrey S. Bradshaw
Senior Corporate Advisor
Mr. Jeff Bradshaw provides corporate advice and technical expertise to support business development and contract performance. Jeff conducts administrative and technical reviews along with funding recommendations for organization proposals and company projects. In addition, he has in integral role in providing technical and strategic support to both client and internal teams. Jeff has over 30 years’ experience providing clients with executive-level support for all manner of Information Technology leadership challenges. His experience consists of positions at all levels, from Executive Service through program management and software engineering, across government civilian, military, industry, and academia. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Computer Systems from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
